Well I finally ordered and received the "Emma" letters from etsy! So excited to get them and they turned out great! Here is a before and after look! It makes that wall look a lot better! The colors go really well too -- glad this project is over! On to the next!
Crazy motherhood, recipes, house projects, toddlers and hopefully no tiaras :)

Re-arranging!
I was in Emma's room and felt like I needed to change things up a bit. I decided to re-arrange the left side of the room. I moved the dresser, the side table and the rocking chair around and I think the room has a better flow to it!!
I ordered some painted wooden letters that spell Emma for above her changing table, so I'm looking forward to those coming in the mail. I ordered them from etsy.com. Love that website. More to come on that!
Squash!
Our 2nd solid food we are trying is the good ol fashion squash! I wasn't sure how she was going to like it because she didn't seem to care to much for sweet potatoes, but she LOVED squash! The first time she tried it (a couple of days ago) she ate the entire jar. She just loved it. When introducing solids you need to go 4 days in a row with the same food just in case they are allergic. So we are on day 3 today, so tomorrow we can try carrots! Then after carrots we will switch to green veggies such as peas, green beans, and spinach!
Out with the old, in with the new!
So my tupperware cupboard was just horrible. There was still ALL over and mismatched. I got rid of all of my old tupperware and just kept my good pieces. In the bottom picture, I used to keep all of my margarita, wine, and shot glasses. How many times a week did I use anything in that cupboard? ZERO! So I boxed it all up and took it downstairs in our bar area (where is better suited!!). In the glasses place, I placed all of Emma's food, cereal, bottles, etc where I will be able to get it very easily accessible and it's out of the way. Feels good!!
6 months!
